- To collect offerings during services.
- To prepare the relevant reports and information for presentation to the annual church meeting and mission station elders committee.
- To raise funds for the support of the work of the church and specific projects.
- To administer policies of the church which are relevant to their work.
- To keep proper books of accounts for the church and ensure that all other committees follow standard procedures.
- To provide for any physical or material requirements in preparation and proper running of church services and church meetings.
- To appoint auditors to audit the books of accounts for all committees that handle funds in the church.
- To ensure that all funds required to be paid to the mission treasurer or general treasurer by the church are paid timorously
- To keep an up to date inventory of all properties of the church.
